Responsibilities

  • Promote the business impact of automation by integrating AI and machine learning with digital workforce technologies.
  • Lead strategic thinking on platform advancement, marketplace development, and industry-specific automation accelerators.
  • Analyze sector-specific obstacles and market dynamics to uncover business transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to shape account plans, expand solution adoption, and define measurable business goals.
  • Design and present customized demonstrations and proof of value initiatives tailored to specific industries.
  • Lead process discovery workshops to map current workflows, identify automation candidates, and estimate potential value gains.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success units to relay user insights and improve product offerings.
  • Disseminate proven methods and key takeaways across the go-to-market organization.
  • Facilitate ongoing product enhancement by channeling customer input to development teams.
