Drive enterprise growth through strategic prospecting and lead development
As a Sales Development Representative for enterprise markets, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential accounts across various industries. Your work will center on executing targeted outreach through phone, email, and digital campaigns to initiate conversations and set qualified meetings for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead both inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives to uncover new business opportunities
- Develop and refine outreach strategies, including email sequences and call scripts, to improve conversion rates
- Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders through consistent, value-driven communication
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, campaign performance, and lead handoff processes
- Use CRM and sales engagement tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until meetings are secured with Account Executives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound-focused role
- Proven success meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve problems independently
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Experience crafting high-converting email campaigns and outreach sequences
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology stacks
- Background in HR tech or fintech is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced startups
Work Environment
This is a remote role based in France, with flexibility to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
