Huzzle was looking for a Sales Development Representative - Emerging Markets

Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative to focus on emerging markets as a full-time independent contractor. You will conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for our B2B clients in sectors like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
  • Handle 80–120 calls per day while maintaining high professionalism and empathy.
  • Use CRM systems to track outreach activity, update deal stages, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and potential fit.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and optimize pipeline conversion.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and sales activity volume.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with high outbound call volume.
  • Proven ability to use CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipelines and record activity.
  • Strong written English and confident speaking on discovery calls.
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Own reliable laptop or computer with stable WiFi.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in B2B.
