Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in SailPoint functionalities, system integrations, and architectural design
- Effective communication of SailPoint capabilities and deployment strategies at both business and technical levels
- Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and document software solutions
- Adherence to defined software development practices while contributing to their refinement
- Development of advanced application components and creation of detailed technical designs
- Active participation in peer reviews of code and system architecture
- Evaluation and resolution of complex programming requirements and technical challenges
- Establishment of technical standards, provision of expert guidance, and collaboration on design concepts
- Comprehensive analysis of technical problems, documentation of results, and proposal of innovative resolutions
- Management of full lifecycle testing, production support, and recommendations for application improvements
- Exercise of sound technical judgment in making system-level decisions
- Diagnosis and resolution of Application and Client Server connection issues
- Execution of the full software development lifecycle, including design and development phases
- Addressing security, accessibility under Section 508, performance, and user experience deficiencies
- Maintenance of accurate documentation for systems, tools, and operational workflows
- Involvement in deploying new features and integration workflows
- Collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to define and implement requirements
- Openness to acquiring proficiency in emerging technologies
