Role Overview
You will lead a complete, one-time implementation of HubSpot across multiple hubs, including CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service. This is a contract position centered on building a scalable, production-ready environment tailored to business workflows. Your work will culminate in a structured handover to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall HubSpot architecture, covering all core hubs and their interconnections
- Define the data model, including custom objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and field structures
- Build automated workflows, lead scoring rules, and routing logic to streamline operations
- Integrate HubSpot with existing external systems using native connectors or middleware
- Guide data migration efforts, including cleansing, mapping, and validation
- Create dashboards and reports for both operational teams and leadership review
- Document technical decisions, system configuration, and support processes
- Ensure a smooth transition by delivering thorough documentation and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle HubSpot implementations
- Deep understanding of HubSpot’s data architecture and modeling capabilities
- Proven ability to build complex automations, workflows, and lead management systems
- Experience connecting HubSpot to third-party platforms via API or integration tools
- Track record in data migration, quality assurance, and system cleanup
- Strong commitment to documentation and structured handoffs
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Background in client-facing technology delivery or consulting roles
Preferred Background
- Hold one or more HubSpot certifications
- Experience in revenue operations or go-to-market operations
- Familiarity with B2B, B2C, or mixed sales models
- Hands-on use of automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
- Experience developing executive-facing reports and performance dashboards
