Lead and grow a dynamic retail team at a high-volume electronics store, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and customer experience. As the Store Manager, you'll guide a team of assistant managers, supervisors, and sales advisors, setting the standard for service, accountability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with safety standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver knowledgeable, personalized customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support business goals
- Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, profit margins, and operational efficiency
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment where employees can thrive
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in retail management, with experience leading teams of 30 or more
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-traffic retail setting
- Experience managing P&L, controlling expenses, and analyzing financial reports
- Ability to foster a respectful, engaging, and enjoyable workplace
- Must be based locally and able to report regularly to either the Kingston or Belleville location
