Zimperium was looking for a Renewals Specialist (India)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all contract renewal activities
  • Identify opportunities for contract renewals and process them in a timely manner
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM system(s)
  • Communicate with clients regarding their contract status and renewal
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the renewal process
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the renewals process

Requirements

  • Experience as a Renewals Specialist or in a similar role in customer service or sales
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
