Lead and grow a dedicated sales team serving wedding vendors across Spain, with a focus on venues and caterers. You'll manage a team of 6 to 8 representatives, guiding performance, development, and client outcomes through hands-on leadership and data-informed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of your sales team, ensuring alignment with retention and revenue goals.
- Drive consistent renewal execution and identify opportunities to expand client accounts through consultative engagement.
- Coach team members using real-time feedback, shadowing, and personalized development plans to build long-term capability.
- Analyze portfolio trends to detect risks, reduce churn, and uncover scalable growth strategies.
- Travel frequently across Spain—minimum two weeks per month—to support clients and team members in person.
- Maintain cost efficiency while enabling high-impact field presence and client engagement.
- Work closely with senior sales leadership to refine processes and improve team effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing sales teams, with at least five years in sales roles and a track record of results.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, team cohesion, and accountability.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Residence in Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville, with your own vehicle and willingness to travel monthly.
- Comfort participating in professional discussions in English.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or SMB sales environments is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a remote-first structure. You’ll travel within Spain for client and team meetings and make regular visits to the Barcelona office for strategic collaboration. The role requires a balance of field presence and data-driven planning.
