About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with team needs and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various departments
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment journey
- Utilize data to refine and improve hiring outcomes
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment tools
- Onboard new recruiters and share best practices
- Monitor time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics
- Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional networks
- Create job descriptions that reflect role impact and team culture
- Negotiate offers in line with compensation guidelines
- Support employer branding through social media and content
- Conduct market research on talent trends and competitor practices
- Lead campus recruitment efforts when needed
- Promote employee referral programs and track effectiveness
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment assessments
- Provide recruitment analytics to leadership teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Stay current on legal and regulatory changes affecting hiring
Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Certified Recruiting Professional (CRP) credential
- Experience with global hiring
