Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes remotely
- Utilize CRM tools to track candidate interactions and hiring progress
- Communicate effectively with candidates in English at an advanced level
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between hiring managers and applicants
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases
- Support onboarding procedures for successful candidates
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Follow up with applicants to maintain engagement
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements
- Source talent through job boards, social platforms, and outreach campaigns
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against role criteria
- Provide updates to candidates on application status
- Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards in recruitment
- Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and reporting
