Responsibilities
- Review and test all developer tasks before completion to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and UI/UX consistency.
- Conduct end-to-end testing across projects, covering form logic, workflow automation, integrations, and user permissions.
- Document test cases, steps, and outcomes in a structured format.
- Create clear, user-friendly manuals and internal guides, including screenshots and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and share test results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of QA testing experience in SaaS applications
- Strong proficiency in testing tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman, or similar
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking platforms (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello)
- Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to document clearly
- Experience creating manuals, process maps, and test scenarios
Nice to Have
- Experience in Zoho Creator, CRM, or Desk
- Exposure to automation platforms like Zapier or Zoho Flow
- Deluge scripting experience
- Any Zoho or QA certifications
