About the Role

This role involves assisting families in planning and booking customized travel experiences by managing reservations, providing destination insights, and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to departure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries about family-friendly travel options
  • Assist in building customized itineraries based on family needs
  • Coordinate flight, accommodation, and activity bookings
  • Provide information on visa requirements and travel documentation
  • Support clients with special requests including dietary needs and accessibility
  • Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
  • Communicate updates on travel advisories and destination changes
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure preferred rates and services
  • Track booking deadlines and payment schedules
  • Prepare pre-travel packets with essential details and tips
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and booking issues
  • Escalate complex cases to senior coordinators when necessary
  • Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback
  • Stay informed about new family-oriented destinations and attractions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
  • Use CRM software to manage client interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Adapt itineraries based on weather, availability, or client changes
  • Assist in developing sample travel plans for marketing use
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality metrics
  • Handle multiple bookings simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Provide after-hours support during peak travel seasons
