Uptalent.io is looking for a Remote Archicad Expert to produce detailed interior documentation solutions for Residential and Commercial projects. You will create precise construction documentation and photorealistic renderings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with specifications and deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Do
- Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software, including 3D Models, Constructive Drawings, and Demolition Plans.
- Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.
- Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.
- Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation.
- Fluent in English with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to interior documentation.
