Responsibilities
- Act as the main regional point of contact for healthcare providers, medical facilities, referral networks, manufacturers, and local partners in the designated area.
- Assist prescribing clinics with training, logistical tools, and advice to enhance referral processes and patient onboarding.
- Meet quarterly and yearly patient admission goals through ongoing outreach, opportunity tracking, and strategic territory planning.
- Maintain regular face-to-face and online engagements to cultivate trusted relationships with prescribers and care coordinators.
- Work with Account Directors, Payer Teams, Operations, Patient Access, and clinical staff to develop solutions that advance both organizational goals and patient care.
- Coordinate with 340B Account Directors to improve conversion rates and deepen account relationships.
- Use data platforms such as Salesforce, MAP, and Tableau to assess regional performance, uncover growth potential, and track engagement with key accounts.
- Take part in local outreach programs and attend events related to blood disorders within the region.
- Distribute approved educational and promotional content to ensure messaging consistency across assigned accounts.
