About the Role
The Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, building strong pipelines of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Conduct timely and professional phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged
- Provide feedback to applicants in a constructive and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
- Promote an inclusive hiring process that supports diversity goals
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
