Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally with applicants, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.

Requirements

  • C1-level (or higher) English proficiency — native or near-native required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required for motivated learners
