Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate professionally with applicants, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.
Requirements
- C1-level (or higher) English proficiency — native or near-native required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required for motivated learners
