Role Overview
As the Receptionist for the New Client Team, you will be the initial connection point for individuals seeking legal support. Based in New Delhi and working remotely, you will handle a steady flow of incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, care, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone and email, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage 40 to 50+ calls daily, balancing efficiency with accuracy and empathy.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with the Intake and Case Specialist teams for prospective clients.
- Direct ongoing client calls appropriately to the Production team for continuity of service.
- Update and maintain client information in Lawmatics, our case management system, ensuring data integrity.
- Follow standardized communication protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Perform follow-up calls as part of ongoing client relationship efforts.
- Support internal operations with administrative tasks that contribute to team effectiveness.
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in both English and Hindi, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven background in a receptionist or client-facing role with experience managing high call volumes.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Essential equipment: noise-canceling headphones and a high-performing laptop or desktop.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adhere to established workflows.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills such as Gujarati or Spanish.
