Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual end-to-end tests (front-end, back-end, and integrated systems) to detect defects and provide actionable product feedback.
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Operate within an agile development environment, testing new features within iterations and delivering rapid feedback through manual and automated methods.
- Write clear, comprehensive bug reports and test documentation while collaborating closely with development and product teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to integration, system, performance, and user-acceptance testing across multiple projects and releases.
- Ensure accurate metadata input and tracking in tools such as Ziflow, Jira, and Asana.
- Troubleshoot testing issues, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and support campaign deployment processes.
- Act as a key liaison between QA and marketing teams to flag and resolve site bugs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the software development lifecycle and software testing.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, processes, and requirements analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, XML, HTTP protocol, and browser debugging tools.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and project management platforms like Asana.
- Ability to communicate issues and deadlines effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with eagerness to leverage automation and AI tools for efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
