CI&T is seeking a Mid to Senior QA Automation professional to join a project within the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality processes for the squad while planning and executing manual and automated tests for native iOS and Android mobile applications and backend systems.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute manual and automated tests for native iOS and Android mobile applications and backend.
- Ensure the squad's quality processes (bug management, fixing priorities, root cause analysis, monitoring, extracting, and working with the squad's quality metrics).
- Apply knowledge of the testing pyramid for applications.
- Follow up on action plans resulting from Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
What We're Looking For
- Understanding of functional and non-functional story requirements.
- Participation and collaboration in user story refinement.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, their ceremonies, and task management.
- Direct relationship with the client.
- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD environments and versioning tools.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence, including case studies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of device farms.
- Planning and execution of automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks, such as Robot, Selenium, or Cucumber.
