Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain research records and regulatory documentation
- Recruit and screen participants according to study criteria
- Obtain informed consent from research subjects
- Collect, document, and manage clinical and survey data
- Ensure adherence to institutional review board (IRB) requirements
- Coordinate communication between research staff and clinical teams
- Schedule participant visits and follow-up activities
- Enter and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor study timelines and support protocol implementation
- Conduct literature reviews to support research objectives
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information
- Track study supplies and manage inventory needs
- Support grant-related documentation and progress tracking
- Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning
- Identify and report adverse events as required
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional research policies
- Assist in developing study materials and data collection tools
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with investigators to interpret findings
