Responsibilities
- Maintain active relationships and communication with internal and external business partners.
- Implement strategies to achieve set targets for loan applications, final approvals, and property registrations as outlined in performance plans.
- Connect with existing clients identified via lead processes to assess re-mortgaging opportunities and advise on lending options.
- Visit potential clients or referral sources at their preferred time and location to deliver mortgage solutions and assist in application submission with complete documentation.
- Monitor all submitted applications through the processing pipeline using established tracking methods and keep clients and referrers updated on progress.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to governance and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined conversion benchmarks from application to approval and from approval to registration according to home loan procedures.
- Actively seek new business channels such as property expos, auctions, and open houses to expand client acquisition.
- Stay informed about competitor actions by reviewing public sources like marketing campaigns and news to better serve clients.
- Deliver high-quality service by promptly securing missing documents to ensure applications are complete and processed efficiently.
- Acknowledge and resolve all customer inquiries or complaints following established protocols.
- Promote customer satisfaction through excellent service aligned with fair treatment principles, supporting loan retention and growth through cross-selling of insurance, life cover, and banking products.

- Travel is required to meet prospective clients or referral sources at their convenience.
