Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transfer, execution, and enhancement of activities for existing and new initiatives efficiently.
- Manage active and completed projects to ensure successful transition to production facilities within set timelines, quality benchmarks, and financial limits.
- Foster interdepartmental cooperation to support project activities throughout all development phases.
- Ensure smooth project progression with resource oversight, emphasizing timely planning, scheduling, and adherence to cost frameworks while tracking initial budget allocations.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of all project stages to enable prompt and effective delivery.
- Schedule and lead project meetings, report on progress, manage budgets, and execute plans for production tools and equipment to enable production start-up.
