Responsibilities
- Perform site assessments, examine drawings, finalize designs, and prepare cost estimates and statements of work
- Plan and oversee the installation process, including cabling, device placement, panel connections, and system integration
- Collaborate with suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, civil/MEP teams, security, and client representatives for seamless project execution
- Install, configure, and commission controllers, DDCs, field devices, and integrate with HVAC, AHU, VAV, lighting, energy meters, and utilities via communication protocols
- Deploy IP cameras, NVR/VMS, storage solutions, network switches, and video walls; configure analytics, retention, and user roles
- Install and commission fire alarm systems, detectors, MCPs, sounders, and strobes; coordinate suppression systems with appropriate interlocks
- Integrate subsystems into building management systems; configure communication protocols, IP schemes, VLANs, and device security
- Validate cause-and-effect matrices and perform input/output checks, system acceptance tests, and end-to-end scenarios
- Ensure adherence to national building codes, international standards, fire safety norms, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain site safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment and permits
- Document daily progress, update drawings, prepare test reports, back up configurations, maintain asset registers, and compile O&M manuals
- Provide end-user training and support project handover, including issue resolution; support system stabilization and warranty
- Track material usage, generate material requests, support vendor billing, manage change requests, and control project schedules

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, civil/MEP teams, security, and client stakeholders for smooth execution
- IBMS/BMS: Install, configure, and commission controllers, DDCs, field devices (sensors, actuators, VFDs), and integrate with HVAC, AHU, VAV, lighting, energy meters, and utilities via BACnet/Modbus
- CCTV: Deploy IP cameras, NVR/VMS, storage (RAID), network switches/PoE, video walls; set up analytics, retention, and user roles
- CFS (Fire Systems): Install and commission FAS/FA panels, detectors (smoke/heat/beam), MCPs, sounders, strobes; coordinate for suppression (e.g., NOVEC/FM200, sprinklers, hydrants) with appropriate interlocks
- Integrate subsystems into IBMS/PSIM; configure protocols (BACnet, Modbus, ONVIF), IP schemes, VLANs, and device hardening
- Validate cause-and-effect matrices and perform I/O checks, SAT/FAT, and end-to-end scenarios
- Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, IS/IEC norms, NFPA (e.g., NFPA-72), and OEM standards
- Maintain site safety, toolbox talks, and method statements; ensure PPE and permits are followed
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), red-line/as-built drawings, test reports, configuration backups, asset registers, and O&M manuals
- Train end-users and support handover with snag closure; support stabilization and warranty
- Track material consumption, raise MRNs/GRNs, support vendor billing measurements, manage change requests, and control project timelines
