Join a globally connected design team as a Production Designer, shaping digital content for one of the world’s most recognized brands. You'll be responsible for crafting polished, on-brand visuals across product interfaces, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring every asset meets strict quality and consistency standards.
What You’ll Do
- Design static visuals for digital channels, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines across formats, languages, and regions.
- Collaborate with a distributed team of creatives, including art directors, illustrators, and editors, to deliver cohesive work across time zones.
- Produce high volumes of design assets efficiently, balancing speed with precision and aesthetic quality.
- Work closely with quality assurance to refine outputs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution in every delivery.
- Partner directly with client-side art directors, representing the creative team with professionalism and clarity.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately two years of experience in digital production design, particularly in ad creation and asset development.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with a disciplined approach to file structure and layer organization.
- Strong layout skills and an eye for visual balance, paired with the ability to work independently on smaller tasks and contribute to larger projects with minimal oversight.
- A focus on consistency, accuracy, and process improvement throughout the production lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural, global environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and brand integrity in all deliverables.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Sketch or Figma.
- Experience in image retouching, silhouetting, or other photo-editing techniques.
- Working knowledge of English and an interest in digital production trends.
