NineTwoThree AI Studio is seeking a Product Manager / Account Manager to help lead the development and delivery of custom AI, web, and mobile applications for established brands and funded startups. The role will involve close collaboration with clients and internal teams in a remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of product development from concept to launch
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
- Translate client needs into product requirements and project plans
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance and client satisfaction post-launch
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management or account management
- Proven experience managing software development projects
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Technical understanding of web and mobile application development
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
