About the Role
This role involves building and shipping new product offerings from the ground up, collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to define technical direction and deliver user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new product features from early concept to production
- Work closely with product managers to define requirements and priorities
- Collaborate with designers to ensure intuitive user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
- Identify and solve performance and scalability challenges
- Contribute to frontend and backend development as needed
- Own end-to-end delivery of new product initiatives
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine features
- Support integration of new systems and third-party services
- Document technical decisions and share knowledge across teams
- Monitor product behavior in production and respond to issues
- Optimize development workflows and tooling
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Help maintain code quality through code reviews and testing practices
