We're seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join our Ads Design team, focused on crafting seamless and authentic advertising experiences within a widely used audio platform. You'll help shape how listeners interact with ads across devices and regions, ensuring designs feel integrated, refined, and true to the brand.
What You’ll Do
- Design consumer-facing features for a global advertising platform, prioritizing experiences that feel natural and visually cohesive
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual concepts, using AI-powered tools to accelerate iteration and enhance design quality
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams to define solutions and influence long-term product direction
- Engage with user research initiatives to understand listener behavior and guide design decisions
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring experiences are usable and meaningful for diverse audiences worldwide
- Present your work to peers and leadership, contributing to a culture of critique and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual excellence and attention to detail
- A passion for refining the nuances that elevate design work from functional to exceptional
- Curiosity about AI—whether through integrating AI tools into your process or designing AI-driven features
- Experience building consumer products at scale, with an understanding of complex user needs
- Comfort navigating ambiguous problems and defining your own path forward
- A mindset that values feedback, with a habit of seeking input to strengthen your ideas

Compensation
Base salary range: $119,424 – $170,606 annually, plus equity
