As a Product Designer, you’ll shape the monetization journey for mobile apps by designing and refining paywalls, onboarding sequences, and conversion flows. Your work will directly influence revenue outcomes, guided by performance data and strategic input from growth managers. You’ll operate in an agency-style model, serving multiple clients with distinct goals, requiring adaptability, rapid iteration, and a sharp eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
- Design and optimize paywalls and onboarding experiences tailored to client objectives, using data to drive decisions
- Collaborate closely with growth teams to test design hypotheses and improve conversion metrics
- Analyze A/B test results, funnel performance, and user behavior to refine your designs
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable templates that maintain quality across varied app categories
- Advance the practice of conversion-focused design by applying deep knowledge of pricing psychology and user decision-making
- Balance multiple client projects, adapting quickly to different contexts while maintaining a high pace of delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing mobile app monetization features—especially paywalls, trial flows, and onboarding
- Direct experience owning end-to-end design for subscription-based mobile apps
- Familiarity with tools like Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty, or Purchasely, or a solid grasp of mobile subscription infrastructure
- A portfolio showcasing shipped designs with clear context: what you built, what it replaced, and the impact it had
- Exceptional UI skills—especially in mobile typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort with rapid, data-driven iteration using A/B testing and funnel analytics
- Understanding of how pricing, urgency, and value messaging influence user behavior
- Active use of AI in your workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in Figma and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability in EU or US East Coast time zones

- Agency or multi-client experience
- Personal experience building or managing a mobile app with subscriptions
- Background in mobile growth, ASO, or subscription analytics
- Hands-on experience running or contributing to A/B tests on monetization flows
