Wave HQ is looking for a Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping user experiences and driving the design of our products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional partners to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for product features, from concept to execution.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and ship solutions.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and brand identity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing complex digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a user-centered design process.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Canada.
