This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8 years Location: Remote (India), India, NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai JobType: full-time The Cybersecurity Access Management Specialist will be tasked with architecting, executing, and maintaining enterprise-level privileged account protection solutions to safeguard critical system credentials and remote connectivity across technological environments. The position demands extensive technical proficiency in access control platforms, practical experience with advanced remote management tools, and robust collaboration with cybersecurity and technological infrastructure teams to strengthen access governance and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Architect, implement, and sustain Privileged Access Management solutions emphasizing advanced remote access technologies. - Establish and manage access control platforms to administer privileged credentials, secure remote connections, and enforce comprehensive access protocols. - Execute privileged remote access management, support, and governance strategic initiatives. - Transition and retire vulnerable remote connectivity tools and implement robust secure alternatives. - Partner with infrastructure and network teams to optimize network perimeter controls and enhance access security mechanisms. - Support enterprise authentication and single sign-on integrations including advanced directory services and token-based authentication frameworks. - Diagnose and resolve complex access management challenges including multi-factor authentication configurations. - Generate comprehensive technical documentation, operational standards, and procedural guidelines. - Ensure strict alignment with organizational security policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of specialized experience in Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Protection. - Comprehensive hands-on expertise with advanced privileged access management platforms. - Profound understanding of single sign-on, advanced authentication mechanisms, and enterprise directory services. - Demonstrated experience with application access management technologies. - Superior troubleshooting and analytical capabilities for resolving complex access management challenges. - Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary security and infrastructure teams. Good to Have - Exposure to Operational Technology or engineering network security domains. - Experience with advanced monitoring and analytics platforms. - Comprehensive understanding of security governance, audit processes, and compliance frameworks. - Professional certifications in access management and cybersecurity domains.
