Responsibilities
- Offer advanced technical guidance in backend architecture, code quality, and system design while promoting industry best practices.
- Build, test, and deploy robust backend services using Node.js and Java, ensuring adherence to quality and reliability standards.
- Design and refine relational database structures, craft optimized queries, and maintain data accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and support real-time communication components involving WebRTC, SIP signaling, and RTP data streaming.
- Research and integrate audio and video media processing capabilities tailored for contact center platforms.
- Support the creation of contact center-specific functionalities and integrations with domain-specific understanding.
- Detect and resolve performance issues to ensure system scalability under increasing load.
- Troubleshoot and fix complex production problems with effective and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
