Responsibilities
- Define and evolve system architecture for high-performance applications
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across teams
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and automation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability and scalability
- Drive adoption of secure coding and operational practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
- Support recruiting efforts by evaluating technical candidates
- Champion engineering standards and development workflows
- Work closely with data and infrastructure teams on platform integration
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps
- Promote reusability and modular design patterns
- Advocate for observability and monitoring in system design
- Participate in strategic planning for product evolution
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Guide technical decision-making across engineering groups
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
