About the Role
The individual will own the strategic direction and execution of the RiskScores product line, working closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, data-driven risk decisioning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision and roadmap for risk scoring products
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Translate complex risk models into intuitive product experiences
- Collaborate with data science to refine scoring algorithms
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business impact
- Conduct market research to identify emerging fraud trends
- Develop product requirements with engineering and design partners
- Monitor key performance metrics for scoring accuracy and adoption
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand integration challenges
- Advocate for product improvements based on user feedback
- Drive product documentation and internal training materials
- Support go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales teams
- Evaluate third-party data sources for risk signal enhancement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
- Manage trade-offs between speed, scalability, and precision
- Lead A/B testing and feature validation programs
- Present product updates to executive stakeholders
- Maintain deep expertise in identity verification ecosystems
- Balance innovation with technical debt reduction
- Mentor junior product team members
