Xsolla is looking for a Principal Engineer to take a leadership role in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. You will design and build the critical backend systems that secure user identities for a global audience, with a focus on Golang development.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our core IAM services.
- Build high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems using Golang.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the Identity Management domain.
- Drive technical strategy and roadmaps for IAM features and infrastructure.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure system integrity and security.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a principal or staff-level engineer, architecting large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Golang for backend development.
- A track record of building secure, reliable, and high-throughput platform services.
- Strong system design skills with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
Work Mode
This is a global remote position. You will collaborate with team members across different time zones.
