About the Role
Leads the end-to-end implementation of critical power systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with safety and operational standards across global facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and deployment of critical power infrastructure for technical environments
- Develop system architectures that support high-availability operations
- Lead technical evaluations of power distribution components and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration with facility systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage power system commissioning and performance validation
- Provide technical leadership during equipment installation and testing phases
- Create detailed documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
- Troubleshoot complex power system issues across multiple sites
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for power infrastructure
- Lead lifecycle management of critical power systems
- Evaluate vendor solutions and recommend optimal configurations
- Drive standardization of power system designs across global locations
- Mentor engineering staff and provide technical guidance
- Assess risks related to power system performance and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with facilities and operations teams during system upgrades
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability goals are integrated into designs
- Respond to critical incidents involving power system failures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in power technologies
- Support capital planning with technical assessments and cost estimates
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in entertainment or media production environments
- Certifications in data center infrastructure or electrical systems
- Familiarity with NFPA, IEEE, and IEC standards
