What You'll Do
- Architect and implement high-performance algorithms grounded in linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory to drive precision nourishment logic.
- Lead full-stack development across web and hybrid mobile applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript, ensuring mathematical accuracy and system efficiency.
- Design data models in Azure SQL and CosmosDB to optimize algorithmic performance and support real-time personalization.
- Guide technical direction by defining roadmaps, evaluating trade-offs, and aligning engineering decisions with product and business goals.
- Develop and refine machine learning workflows that analyze nutrient profiles and generate adaptive meal recommendations.
- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster best practices in algorithm design, computational complexity, and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver robust solutions through agile development cycles.
- Optimize applications for scalability and responsiveness using Docker, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures.

What We Need
- 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on algorithm-intensive systems.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep proficiency in C#/.NET Core, cloud platforms (Azure), and containerized environments (Docker).
- Proven ability to design and troubleshoot complex algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven workflows, and hybrid mobile development via Ionic.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, discrete mathematics, and performance profiling.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, document specifications, and mentor engineering teams.
- Familiarity with modernizing legacy systems and implementing greenfield architectures.

Compensation & Benefits
