About the Role

Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects related to water infrastructure, from design to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage electrical engineering projects for water infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in design and implementation.
  • Ensure projects meet technical standards, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on project progress.
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals for projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases.
