Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced audience measurement metrics leveraging ML algorithms, surveys, and experimental data.
- Lead the development of predictive models for audience targeting and campaign optimization across digital and social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to deploy scalable solutions within production systems.
- Ensure data quality and model robustness through comprehensive testing and validation.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive survey-based research methodologies to inform measurement strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on digital advertising and predictive modeling.
- Proven track record of building reach metrics and deploying models for campaign planning and evaluation.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL.
- Degree in a quantitative field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spark, survey research, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or GCP.
