Responsibilities
- Develop and manage efficient SQL models in Snowflake using CTEs, window functions, and views to support accurate financial reporting.
- Transform intricate Salesforce data structures—including Accounts, Opportunities, Products, and custom objects—into simplified, reliable reporting tables.
- Monitor data quality by identifying discrepancies, validating figures against source systems, and maintaining documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy.
- Create star-schema data models and advanced DAX calculations in Power BI or Fabric to standardize key performance indicators across the business.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data products, from gathering stakeholder needs to deploying polished, user-friendly dashboards suitable for executive review.
- Manage the Fabric workspace environment, including capacity planning, deployment pipelines, row-level security, and data connection credentials.
- Collaborate with finance and operations leaders to define consistent metrics and prevent inconsistencies in measurement across departments.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and oversee change management procedures for all live reporting solutions.
