Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Price Comparison & New Customer Acquisition (m/w/d) working student. In this role, you will support our team at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and international e-commerce. You will directly contribute to acquiring new customers via price comparison portals and affiliate networks, gaining insights into implementing performance-driven campaigns on a European level.
What You'll Do
- Manage campaigns operationally, supporting implementation via marketplaces, voucher codes, and national platforms like Awin.
- Coordinate with external partners, handling onboarding and providing advertising materials.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting for affiliate and price comparison activities.
- Conduct competitive market analyses using tools like Publisher Discovery.
- Support sales tracking processes, including reconciliations and post-booking inquiries.
- Take on independent projects, such as setting up reporting structures or planning and managing your own campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- A passionate interest in online marketing and digital platforms.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- A high degree of motivation, personal responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Very good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Degree program preferably in business, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field.
- Additional language skills such as Italian or French.
