Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by gaining insight into their business models, strategic objectives, and operational hurdles.
- Collect, assess, and record client requirements, then propose customized technical solutions that align with their needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Assist in implementation tasks such as system onboarding, documentation, training, and ongoing support after deployment.
- Stay current with developments in mortgage valuation, property, and surveying industries, including market shifts and regulatory changes.
- Support internal teams by providing expertise, handling escalated technical inquiries, and contributing to process and service improvements.
