Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain connections with industry stakeholders by learning construction data sources and regional project landscapes.
- Reach out through phone and email to present services, communicate benefits, and establish consistent data-sharing agreements.
- Investigate and gather commercial construction project details using digital resources, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Accurately input and maintain project information at all phases within the company's data system in a timely manner.
- Expand project visibility by locating and recording as many active construction efforts as possible within designated areas.
- Maintain proper records and documentation to validate data collection and verification processes.
- Ensure high data integrity and meet performance benchmarks by delivering accurate, complete, and timely outputs.
- Efficiently manage assigned regions and support other areas with coverage during staffing gaps or high backlogs.
- Answer client inquiries via email or virtual meetings, addressing regional project details and resolving concerns directly.
