Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain connections with industry stakeholders by learning construction data sources and the designated geographic area
- Reach out through phone and email to introduce the company, communicate its benefits, and establish continuous data collaboration
- Investigate, gather, and confirm commercial construction project details using calls, emails, and online tools
- Accurately input and maintain project information at any phase within the company's digital system
- Expand project visibility by detecting and recording as many active developments as possible in assigned areas
- Maintain necessary records to back data gathering and validation efforts
- Take accountability for data accuracy and performance indicators, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Efficiently oversee the designated region and assist with unassigned or delayed areas when required
- Answer client inquiries via Teams or email regarding regional projects and work directly with clients to address concerns
