Responsibilities
- Develop test procedures for photonic transceiver modules
- Design and deploy automated test systems

- Support root cause analysis for field returns
- Ensure test methodologies meet industry standards
- Work with cross-functional teams on new product introductions
- Maintain documentation for test processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in test setups
- Evaluate test equipment for suitability and accuracy
- Drive yield improvement initiatives
- Implement statistical process control methods
- Support calibration and maintenance of test instruments
- Assist in qualifying alternate components
- Monitor test escapes and implement corrective actions
- Participate in design for testability reviews
- Develop training materials for test personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Interface with suppliers on test-related issues
- Contribute to cost reduction projects
