Shape the future of high-performance animation by leading the architecture and implementation of a core runtime engine. As a Senior C++ Engineer, you'll take ownership of the foundational systems that power real-time, cross-platform animation, ensuring they run with maximum efficiency and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain the core C++ animation engine, driving both innovation and stability.
- Collaborate directly with designers to translate creative vision into performant, production-ready features.
- Optimize performance at every level—from low-level math and memory layout to SIMD instructions and multithreading strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated CI pipelines to validate runtime behavior across diverse hardware and software environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in C++ development with a proven track record in performance-critical systems.
- Deep understanding of low-level optimization techniques, including GPU programming and parallel execution.
- Background in graphics, animation, or real-time rendering systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency, correctness, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with Bezier curves, state machines, and mathematical modeling in animation contexts.
How We Work
Our team operates at the intersection of design and engineering. There are no rigid boundaries—designers and developers use the same tools and collaborate in real time. What’s created in the editor is exactly what runs in production. We believe in building once and deploying everywhere, with performance and consistency as core principles.
Your work will directly influence the runtime efficiency of a widely used animation platform, enabling smooth, scalable experiences across devices and architectures.
