- Provides out-of-pocket cost estimates upon request.
- Offers training and educational support when necessary.
- Manages time effectively to complete tasks and assignments on schedule.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Engages in cross-departmental training to ensure operational coverage.
- Takes part in quality assurance audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Applies service recovery techniques to resolve service interruptions or issues.
- Follows established department and hospital procedures to carry out responsibilities.
- Complies with all departmental policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prevents situations that could pose financial or safety risks to patients.
- Communicates with patients about physician referrals, insurance requirements, and consultations.
- Obtains and records required authorization numbers in relevant systems.
- Supports operational continuity through flexibility and adherence to protocols.
