Role Overview

As a Partner Success Consultant, you will act as the main liaison for established retail partners, fostering strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll help drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction by reinforcing product knowledge and ensuring partners are equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of retail partners, managing day-to-day interactions
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls using approved messaging to support partner needs
  • Follow up regularly to reinforce engagement and address emerging concerns
  • Reinforce training initiatives and promote effective product use
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or potential growth opportunities to senior team members
  • Support sales execution by promoting best practices and promotional campaigns
  • Meet activity-based targets including call volume, follow-ups, and account engagement
  • Recognize signs of upsell potential and direct them to appropriate sales resources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including call summaries and account changes
  • Monitor account performance data and report on trends or anomalies
  • Assist in rolling out territory-specific initiatives as directed
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Follow compliance standards and approved communication protocols
  • Adhere to established workflows, escalation paths, and scripting guidelines

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or account management
  • Proven comfort with phone-based communication and structured scripts
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently within a process-driven setting
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role, available only to candidates based in Panama or Guatemala. You’ll work within a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and equitable opportunities for all team members.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $22,000 to $25,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of base pay. Additional benefits include a healthcare stipend covering medical, dental, and vision expenses, as well as flexible paid time off available from your start date.
