Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance websites for purpose-driven clients starting from a base Enfold or comparable theme
- Prioritize clean design, performance optimization, and robust security instead of managing excessive plugin issues
- Quickly launch new sites using Enfold’s built-in page builder without custom theme development
- Design visually appealing pages, adjust CSS, optimize images and media, and improve Core Web Vitals
- Handle deployment workflows between WP Engine staging and production environments; manage backup schedules and uptime monitoring
- Resolve plugin compatibility problems, apply regular updates, and enforce strong security configurations
- Integrate notable performance improvements into the team’s content planning cycle
- Present progress updates and upcoming priorities in a weekly 30-minute meeting held between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. ET
