Greenburg Traurig is seeking a Paralegal Admin Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to our legal teams. You will be an integral part of our Baltimore and Rockville offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage case files, including organization, indexing, and electronic filing
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for legal staff
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting processes
  • Conduct basic legal research and fact-finding as directed
  • Interface with clients, court personnel, and other external parties professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a paralegal or in a legal administrative support role
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures

Work Mode

This position is based on a hybrid work model. You will be required to work from our Baltimore, MD and Rockville, MD office locations on a regular schedule.
