Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Waterbury

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of modern restaurant technology solutions across the Waterbury, CT region. Your primary focus will be engaging directly with restaurant owners and operators, initiating conversations that uncover their unique challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Initiate face-to-face interactions with business owners at key locations like Restaurant Depot to understand their operational needs and introduce solutions that fit their goals.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits at restaurants to demonstrate how point-of-sale and online ordering platforms can improve efficiency and increase revenue.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of the technology to guide prospects through the benefits of each solution, tailoring your approach to their specific business model.
  • Oversee on-site installation of systems and deliver hands-on training to ensure clients are confident and capable from day one.
  • Maintain a consistent travel schedule within the local area, building trust through reliable, ethical interactions that reflect a commitment to long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with partner locations to extend outreach and generate new leads through trusted networks.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should have a proven background in self-driven sales environments, with experience sourcing leads and closing deals independently. A high school diploma is required, and prior success in cold outreach and field sales is essential.

Preferred applicants will hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least three years of relevant sales experience. Familiarity with POS systems and digital ordering platforms is a strong advantage.
